Check In and Check Out Time

Check In Time for guest : 2 p.m. (early check in, by prior arrangement, early check in fee may apply)

Check Out Time for guest : 10 a.m. (late check out, by arrangement, late check out fee may be apply)

Cancellation policy, 100% on no show.
Non refundable cancellation, one night deposit, when it is  less than 14 days.

Car Rental and car Parking

We have corporate car rental rates and services, pick up and drop off anywhere in New Zealand. Drive your car right to the front door, where car parking are FREE for guest only. Visitors car parking is chargeable. E mail us for car rental quotes.

Ski holiday packages

We are happy to help you with bookings for ski rentals, shuttles to the local fields or heli-skiing. We always make sure that your stay in our place is as pleasurable as possible. We are more than willing to help you in all ways possible. In some instances, we even help our guests look for the best, cheap flights to New Zealand Shuttles services available by arrangement to and from Snowcenter in town during your stay. Early Birds Winter ski package available.
